Yoga for Academic Wellness

Discover the potential power of yoga to enhance your mental well-being and academic performance. Space is limited. Please complete the registration form below to secure your spot. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis—you can join one session or all three. Sign-ups will close once capacity is reached. Class is designed for all levels. This event is hosted by the Student Success Center and the Office of Student Academic Success, Kayoko, a certified instructor, will guide you through a class designed to enhance both your well-being and academic wellness. Upon submitting your request form, we will send you a confirmation. We look forward to welcoming you!
