The Lyon Arboretum’s Education Department would like to invite your children to join us for a week of learning, exploring, and creating in the MÄÂnoa rainforest! For our Spring program, our theme is “Made In Nature†and will incorporate an array of activities including, but not limited to, informal science, hiking the grounds, nature-based art and craft projects, Kapa making with Wes Sen, cooking, field biological surveys, and kokua within our Children’s Garden.
We hope that the experiences your child has at Nature Camp helps foster a positive relationship with the environment, and foster the idea of themselves as land stewards. It promises to be a week of fun-filled learning that your child will always remember!
