NÄ Kukui Netlinks - TIM School
April 17, 5:00pm - 8:30pmMānoa Campus, Hyatt Regency Waikiki Ballroom
The students of the University of HawaiÊ»i at MÄnoa School of Travel Industry Management will be hosting NÄ Kukui Netlinks, an annual networking event designed to give students a chance to network with industry professionals and seek mentorship. The event will take place on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Ballroom. Each industry professional will be matched with students for the evening and we are expecting to have approximately 200 Students/Professionals. Also planned are Outstanding TIM Student Awards presentations.
“Navigating The Future†is the focus of the event. Over the past fifty years, the TIM program has integrated all aspects of the travel industry into their curriculum, including finance, accounting, catering, sales, shipping, airlines, housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, engineering, rooms, operations and more. The program has prepared students to work and excel in various positions within the hospitality, transportation, and tourism industries by encouraging participation in school clubs, internships, and networking events like NÄ Kukui Netlinks. With your help to share your experience and knowledge, we will become better prepared to navigate the open ocean of the travel industry upon graduation.
We are pleased to extend an invitation to you and your fellow colleagues; Share your experiences, tips for success, and encouragement with future leaders in the travel industry.
Sponsor a student and register. Tickets cost $40.00; lite pupus, no-host bar, free self-parking. Click on the link below to register. RSVP by April 6.
