Bending the Arc film showing - PIH Engage

Partners in Health Engage is a national organization composed of student-run groups that aims to end health disparities on a global scale through advocacy, fundraising, and community building. The PIH Engage 51 MÄnoa team will be showcasing the documentary film Bending the Arc, which examines the work of Dr. Paul Farmer and Dr. Jim Yong Kim and how their efforts in Haiti contributed towards the momentum of the global health movement.
The movie will be shown on Friday, March 2, 2018 in the 51 MÄnoa Art Building in Room 132 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m). There is no admission charge, but we will be accepting donations that will go towards building clinics for women and children and maternal waiting centers in Lesotho, Africa.
