The Eighth Forum on Critical Issues in Korean Studies presents Janet Poole, associate professor in the Department of East Asian Studies at the University of Toronto, in the second of two programs on the subject of mid-twentieth-century modernism in Korea. In this program, Poole will lead a discussion aimed at initiating a rethinking of the history of Korea in the mid-twentieth century. This event is free and open to the public.
