A Mānoa Christmas

December 6, 7:30pm - 10:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Kennedy Theatre, 1770 East-West Road

The University of Hawai’i at Mānoa’s Music Department and Department of Theatre and Dance are collaborating for a classical Christmas celebration featuring performances of holiday classics by 51 Symphony Orchestra, Choirs, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Band. Throughout the evening, student actors from 51 Department of Theatre and Dance will be performing scenes from A Christmas Carol. In this fun-filled holiday romp, four narrators will tell Dickens’ classic story, taking on the familiar characters of Bob Cratchit, the three ghosts, and of course, Ebenezar Scrooge, who must learn to change his miserly ways before it is too late. Dances will also be performed by 51 students.
